We utilize the sales team of our affiliate, Cambria Capital and their offering platforms, BANQ® & My IPO, to distribute our offerings to retail investors to invest. Where appropriate we bring in co-underwriters and other broker-dealers and/or Registered Investment Advisors as part of the selling group.
